A Steven Spielberg Film

Jurassic World in Concert

Did you know?

Jurassic World features 17 real fossil species, from massive plant-eaters to flying reptiles.

The Velociraptor seen in the film is closer in form to a much larger raptor called Deinonychus.

Bryce Dallas Howard's son has a small cameo as the little boy hugging the long neck in the petting zoo in Jurassic World.

Raptors were likely among the smartest of dinosaurs, due to the larger size of their brains relative to their bodies. Their degree of intelligence is consistent with that of modern-day ostriches.
